CAKES, CUPCAKES, TREATS OH MY!
Greetings! If you’ve never ordered a custom cake before you might have questions. Here are some common questions about custom cakes.

HOW DO I ORDER A CAKE?
Please visit our "Order Here" page to place your order. We encourage sending us photos/inspo to aid in the design process. A 50% deposit is required within 2 days to secure your booking, with full payment due the day before your event.
Do you offer delivery?
We sure do! Delivery is fee base and is calculated by distance traveled. Delivery varies during the week & weekends.
We also accept Uber/Lyft pick up.


How far in advance should I place my cake order?
Orders can be placed at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for custom designs. This gives us plenty of time to perfect every detail for you!

We do accept last minute orders.
How to transport a cake?
For pick up orders, we recommend that cakes be transported on a flat surface in your vehicle (the floor or boot space) with the air conditioning on. Cake should be stored in the fridge, especially prior to any transport and brought to room temperature (around 45 minutes – 1 hour) prior to serving.


How MUCH DOes YOUR CAKEs COST?
All of our cakes are customized and made to order – this means that pricing is dependant on size, flavour, and design complexity. Please see the Pricing page for starting prices and serving sizes.
DO YOU ACCEPT LAST MINUTE/rush ORDERS?
We do accept last minute/rush orders – although our general policy is 1-2+ weeks notice. However, we understand that sometimes you need a last-minute order, and we are happy to accommodate those via text or call at 647-916-1026.
